Production Supervisor Ambulatory Care Division

This role supervises production employees at the Ambulatory Care Division of HCSC-Laundry located in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities include employee orientation and training, employee relations / communications, safety, and monitoring workflow, and daily scheduling of employees within specific departments to match and maintain workflow. Additional duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Enters employee payroll information and production scores via computer
• Communicates production issues to management
• Supervises, orients & trains employees
• Must be able to work between the hours of 5 : 00am-4 : 00pm. Occasional weekends.
