Overview
Member Service Representative - Pinetop Branch, Pima Federal Credit Union, Tucson, AZ. Full-time position. Seeking candidates with a strong work ethic and customer-focused service in a credit union environment.
Responsibilities
- Process teller transactions; open and close accounts; update member information; conduct loan application interviews; process loan applications and fund loans; present loan disclosures.
- Assist members from start to finish, establish rapport, listen to needs, and promote financial products and services to meet members\' needs.
- Step into the teller line as needed to process banking transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Aim to achieve individual and team sales goals; stay up-to-date on credit union products and services.
