Key Responsibilities

Assist prospective clients with basic mortgage inquiries and loan product education

Collect and review borrower financial documentation for completeness and accuracy

Prepare and submit loan applications under supervision, ensuring compliance with company standards

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business, finance, or communications preferred

0-2 years of experience in mortgage lending or related financial services

Valid NMLS license or willingness to obtain license within specified timeline

Ability to learn industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM or loan origination platform
