Psychiatrist - Adult or Child

Faith based and well-respected mental health practice seeks 2 Psychiatrists – one in Adult and one in Child and Adolescent – South Bend, Indiana, Elkhart or Goshen Indiana!

This new Psychiatrist will get to be apart of a group that has been providing high quality services for 60 years to their communities! This role will be integral to the group’s success in 2022 and 2023.

About:

• 16 psychiatrists, 8 health MDs, 14 NPs
• 60 years in practice with 860 employees
• NHSC sites
• 4 locations plus a 16-bed inpatient unit

This role:

• Mon-fri 8-5, outpatient- 1 - 24-hour call (Mon-thur) every 3 weeks. Plus 4 weekends a year in inpatient rounding
• 250k yr salary plus up to 60k in bonuses , 27 PTO days, 5 days CME, NHSC loans repaid
• 75-minute evals, 30 Min follow ups. 2 evals a day
