In this role, you will play a key role in the development of next-generation Connectivity stacks across many platforms / OS. You will be involved in designing and optimizing connectivity protocols, collaborating with various teams, and addressing technical challenges. Salary : The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering their growth and career development.
• Collaborate with Android connectivity teams to design and document protocol specifications for cross-device features following industry standards in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and related tech domains.
• Partner with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define, design, and implement new features and improvements.
• Adhere to best practices for cross-platform development for Android, Windows and other OS, including unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
• Help shape the future of Nearby Presence and Connections by contributing ideas and expertise.
