Are you passionate about fitness and outdoor wellness? KOMPAN U.S. is looking for a Fitness - Direct Sales Representative to champion our cutting-edge outdoor fitness equipment throughout Texas.
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and sales expert, driving strategic projects ranging from $10,000 to over $1 million. You'll build strong relationships, generate demand, and help shape healthier, more active communities. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact while joining a company that values innovation, collaboration, and purpose-driven growth.
What You'll Do
- Sell and promote KOMPAN outdoor fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality
- Prospect, network, and build a pipeline through activity-based sales
- Leverage the CRM by targeting market segments (e.g., higher education, schools, multi-family & housing, emergency services, leisure, contractors, and developers, specification – architects, landscape architects & engineers)
- Create product awareness and demand by articulating the world-class quality of KOMPAN equipment through presentations and industry events
- Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with the assistance of our highly supportive, multi-disciplinary, and centralized resource teams
- Ensure quality communication with your customers throughout the sales process, from the design phase through installation and post-sale
What You'll Need
