The Director of Oncology Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive oncology program, coordinating treatment and care planning for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

This dynamic leader will guide a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality cancer care through both inpatient and outpatient settings. The Director will oversee daily operations, quality improvement, fiscal management, and staff development, all while fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• ️ Provide operational leadership for oncology and infusion services, ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes
• ️ Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with hospital leadership
• ️ Partner with physicians and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care
• ️ Lead and mentor oncology staff through performance evaluations, coaching, and education programs
• ️ Oversee the Survivorship Program and Vascular Access Team, driving innovation and patient-centered improvements
• ️ Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance in alignment with hospital goals
• ️ Opportunity to expand oncology services to include Radiation Oncology
