Solutionist (Sales Consultant) Leads Provided $63K$100K+

Location : Northeast Maryland

Type : Full-Time

Pay : Base + Commission (Most earn $63K$100K+ in Year 1)

What Youll Do

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (we provide most of the leads no cold calling!)

Proactively seek additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and community outreach

Conduct home inspections, measure and assess needs, and educate customers on options

Prepare clear, professional estimates on-site

Follow up to close deals and maintain customer relationships

What Were Looking For

2+ years in sales, home improvement, or customer-facing roles

Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors as needed

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
