Position : RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Stay updated on best practices and advancements in emergency care.

Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans.

Adhere to safety and health regulations in the emergency department.

Support a culture of accountability and high performance within the team.

Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.

Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.

Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Participate in departmental meetings to discuss performance metrics.

Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Experience / Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona with experience in emergency care settings.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Ability to thrive in a high-visibility, results-driven work environment.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with medical staff.

Familiarity with safety and health regulations in emergency departments.
