Job Description

Responsibilities :

• The Physician Recruiter coordinates the recruitment and hiring / orientation of physicians, mid-levels, and staff / allied healthcare positions to meet the patient care needs of Emory Healthcare
• Develops strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization
• Partners with operations to ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with Emory Healthcare's goals and objectives
• Manages physician recruitment and hiring processes for The Emory Clinic and favorably presents the practices and delivers quality candidates, matching hiring needs in a cost-effective, proactive and responsive manner
• Supports practice communication needs and acts as a liaison between and among physicians, candidates, and administrative leadership
