We are seeking an experienced Adobe Audiences Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of audience segmentation and activation workflows using Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) . This role enables advanced targeting, governed audiences, and personalization across multiple marketing channels and Experience Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement audience segmentation strategies in Adobe RTCDP and Audience Manager .
- Own segment logic, governed audiences, calculated attributes, and activation workflows.
- Troubleshoot segment qualification, data ingestion issues, and personalization logic.
- Integrate 1st / 2nd / 3rd-party data into Adobe Experience Cloud and optimize platform configurations.
- Partner with marketing, data, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Implement orchestration logic in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign .
- Support experimentation, A / B testing, and offer proofing.
- Monitor logs, KPIs, and performance to continuously improve activation and delivery.
- Document solutions and provide training across teams.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor s in Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.7-10 years with Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics , or similar platforms.Strong knowledge of tag management (Adobe DTM, Ensighten), JavaScript, HTML, and debugging tools.Experience with segmentation, data modeling, cookies, server calls, variable mapping, and engagement scoring.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications :
Adobe Analytics Architect or Audience Manager certification.Experience with advertising / analytics tech (e.g., Krux, Nielsen).Knowledge of CRM and external data integrations.CDP development and optimization experience.
