THE OPPORTUNITY : Our Technology team provides reliable support to end users while maintaining secure, scalable IT systems. We seek an IT Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in Microsoft and Cisco environments. The role involves providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical assistance, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and supporting enterprise servers, networks, and voice systems. This is an on-site position at our headquarters in Walton Hills, OH.

You will maintain and enhance our core infrastructure, assist with deployments, upgrades, and escalations, impacting our organization's technology stability and performance. We foster an environment where new ideas are valued, work-life balance is respected, and accomplishments are recognized.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Serve as a Tier 2 support resource, resolving advanced issues and collaborating with Tier 3 teams
• Provide technical support for end-user devices and technologies in a Microsoft and Cisco environment, supporting servers, networking, VoIP, and cloud services
• Use administrative tools and network utilities to diagnose and resolve system issues
• Support remotely and in person using enterprise management tools
• Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and deployments with minimal downtime
• Apply troubleshooting methods to identify root causes and implement fixes
• Perform system patching, software deployments, and security updates
• Maintain uptime for shared resources like printers, file servers, and communication platforms
• Support critical systems during on-call rotations
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes and reduce escalations
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets, ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction
• Provide documentation and user guidance
• Travel between local sites for on-site support and equipment rollouts as needed
