Recruitment Specialist

LHH is seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Recruitment Sourcing Specialist in Woodstock, GA. You will support a wonderful team in efforts across a variety of roles in construction, land development, and sales. This is a hands-on sourcing role ideal for someone who thrives in a focused, fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying top talent. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow within Recruitment and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for roles such as Sales Agents, Land Analysts, Construction, and Land Acquisition (exempt and non-exempt)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
• Manage candidate flow and counteroffers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition Specialists, but operate independently with minimal hiring manager interaction
• Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing progress

Qualifications

Must-Haves :

1–2 years of sourcing experience

Proficiency with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS systems (ADP preferred)

Strong organizational skills and time management

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience in homebuilding, construction, or real estate
