Administrative Assistant
The Office of Budget and Finance is looking for an experienced and dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. Under the supervision of the Executive Assistant, the position will manage the administrative and operational functions of the Department.
The typical work week for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work. Typically, will work remote 1 day per week and in office 4 days per week. Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process.

If filled as Administrative Assistant - Senior Support, this position requires : Associate Degree 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications : None If filled as Administrative Assistant - Intermediate Support, this position requires : General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS) 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications : None

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $38,300.00 - $61,000.00.
