Office Location : Brooklyn, NY

Hours : 9 : 00am- 5 : 00pm

Shift : Monday - Friday

Salary : $27.00 / HR + Bonus

Responsibilities

Client Care Liaison Responsibilities

• Responsible for initiating contact with new clients upon notification from the Intake Department
• Answer and triage telephone calls coming into the staffing department
• Monitor the EMR system and complete daily attendance verification
• Prepare, monitor, and distribute open case / client coverage report for the Client Service Staffers and Supervisors
• Communicate scheduling and / or service changes to clients, payors and caregivers as needed
