Pay : $18–$23 / hr (based on experience)
Duration : December 1 – January 31, with possible extensions through May 2026
LHH seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative to make a difference by helping members navigate their healthcare benefits during a critical season. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and fluent in one of the languages below, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for members, providers, and partners
- Educate members on benefits and plan options
- Resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Document interactions accurately and follow compliance standards
- Support retention initiatives and participate in outreach projects
