- AI + hardware
- startup on a mission to transform how people work and communicate using intelligent devices. Our small team has invented a series of smart hardware prototypes – from clip-on voice recorders to speaker-equipped glasses and magnetic wearable controllers – to augment human productivity in everyday tasks. We’ve seen early success with pilot customers and
- top-tier clients
- in healthcare, retail, education, and government. Now, as we expand in the U.S. market, we’re focused on building out our software and AI solution ecosystem to unlock the full potential of these devices. We move fast, think big, and
- live by lean startup principles
- – testing ideas quickly and embracing a founder mindset in tackling uncertaintyleanstartup.co. If you’re excited about shaping the future of AI-integrated hardware and building something from zero to one, you’ll fit right in.
- The Role
As our Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist, you will be the driving force behind turning our innovations into viable products and scalable solutions. This role is
- part product strategist, part explorer, part builder
- – you will wear many hats to bring cutting-edge AI hardware solutions to market. Specifically, you will :
- Discover and validate use cases
- across industries : Work with target customers (from top hospitals to Fortune 500 retailers) to identify high-impact scenarios where our AI-powered hardware combined with software can solve real problems. You’ll design rapid
- proof-of-concept
- experiments for different verticals and gather feedback to prove what works (and what doesn’t).
- Co-create prototypes with customers
- : You won’t be doing this in a vacuum – you’ll engage directly with early adopters and frontline users to
- co-create prototypes that drive innovation and success
- fastercapital.com. By collaborating closely with clients, you’ll ensure our solutions truly meet their needs.
- Build and iterate MVPs
- : Embracing a _“build-measure-learn”_ approach, you’ll lead the development of
- minimum viable products
- (MVPs) for promising use cases. That means quickly turning ideas into testable solutions, deploying them in real-world settings, measuring results, and learning what to tweak or whether to pivottheleanstartup.com. Fast cycles of experimentation are the norm.
- Develop go-to-market plans
- for validated products : When an idea shows traction, you’ll turn it into a repeatable solution. You will craft the go-to-market strategy – from positioning and messaging to pricing, packaging, and launch plans – to
- bring the product to market
- in the U.S. You’ll outline how we sell it, who we sell to, and ensure we have the software / service capabilities to support it.
- Drive cross-functional execution
- : As the GTM Strategist, you’ll coordinate between product development, engineering, design, and sales. You’ll translate customer insights into product requirements, work with engineers to shape the software platform, and with marketing / sales on early pitches. Essentially, you connect the dots from concept to commercialization.
- Lay the foundation for scale
- : Beyond individual projects, you’ll help define our overall market entry playbook. This includes identifying which verticals to focus on first, forging strategic partnerships (if needed), and helping the company prioritize features that U.S. enterprise clients care about. You are literally paving the path for our product-market fit and growth.
In short, this role is about turning innovative prototypes into real-world impact. It’s a unique blend of
- product strategy, market research, and hands-on execution
- with a clear mandate : figure out where our AI-hardware solutions can deliver 10x value, prove it, and help launch it.
- What You’ll Bring
We don’t expect you to be an expert in every industry – but you
- must be a curious, resourceful problem-solver
- who can quickly become conversant in any domain. Here’s what we’re looking for :
- Product Strategy Mindset
- : You think in terms of
- problems and solutions
- rather than just sales and marketing. Perhaps you’ve been a Product Marketing Manager or a strategist in a tech company, and you know how to assess customer needs and craft a value proposition. You’re always asking “what do users truly need and how do we position our product to fit?” (Bonus if you’ve worked on bringing a brand-new product to market or driving early adoption in a startup environment.)
- GTM Experience
- : You have experience in go-to-market strategy, product launches, or business development for technology products. This isn’t your typical advertising or growth hacking role – it’s about strategic planning and execution. You know how to research a market, define target segments, and outline a launch plan. If you’ve coordinated cross-functional teams to roll out a product or led a pilot program with enterprise clients, that’s a big plus.
- Research & Analytical Skills
- : You’re adept at diving into a new industry or problem space and coming up with insights quickly. Whether it’s healthcare workflows or retail sales processes, you can research customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape in that area. You love data and evidence over hunches.
- AI Tool Proficiency
- : You aren’t afraid to use the latest tools to supercharge your work. In fact, you’re skilled at leveraging AI tools like
- ChatGPT
- to automate content creation, conduct market analysis, and speed up customer researchsearchenginejournal.com. (For example, need to understand the insurance sales workflow? You might use ChatGPT to summarize industry reports or generate a draft survey for customers.) You know how to get the most out of these tools to inform your decisions with synthesized information – quickly and efficiently.
- Rapid Prototyping & MVP Mentality
- : You have a _“get-it-done”_ builder mentality. You’re comfortable sketching out a process flow, mocking up a user experience, or coordinating a quick-and-dirty prototype to test with customers. In true startup fashion, you excel at running the full cycle of
- idea ->
experiment ->
feedback ->
iterate
- . In other words, you can turn ideas into products, measure customer response, and learn whether to pivot or perseveretheleanstartup.com – all on tight timelines.
- Customer-Centric & Collaborative
- : You enjoy getting out of the building and talking to customers. You listen deeply and can translate client feedback into product improvements or new use-case ideas. You’re also a great communicator who can rally internal teams around customer insights. Basically, you work
- with
- customers, not just for them – collaboration is in your DNA.
- Entrepreneurial Drive
- : You act like an owner. We need someone with a
- founder’s mindset
- – which means you take ownership, move fast, deal with ambiguity, and are relentlessly resourceful in pursuit of a goalleanstartup.co. You’re the kind of person who, if you hit a wall, finds a creative way around it. You thrive in a fast-changing environment and inspire others with your enthusiasm and can-do attitude.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility
- : Since our focus spans multiple sectors (healthcare, retail, education, public sector), you should be excited by the chance to learn new subject matter on the fly. No specific domain experience is required, but you must be able to
- learn and adapt quickly
- . One week you might be figuring out hospital workflows, the next you’re studying how teachers could use AI in the classroom. This constant learning energizes you rather than scares you.
- Execution & Results
- : You have a bias toward action and getting things done. Strategies and ideas are great, but you know they mean nothing without execution. You’re able to set goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and push projects over the finish line. When you commit to a proof-of-concept timeline or a market launch date, you hit it. We can count on you to deliver.
_(If you have all the above and you’re passionate about AI and hardware, you’ll probably love this job. If you’re missing one or two, but are a quick learner with a burning desire to dive in, let’s talk.)_
