Job Summary
Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Works on issues of limited scope. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational activities of a multi-campus unit supporting both clinical and research functions. This role provides direct supervision to staff, ensures adherence to University policies and regulatory standards, and supports the implementation of consistent, efficient workflows across locations.
The Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining high-quality service delivery, coordinating operational priorities, and contributing to the ongoing development of staff and processes. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $84,800 - $127,200 (Annual Rate).
