Travel CT Tech - $3,082 per week in Carmichael, CA

Job Title : CT Technologist Profession : CT Technologist Specialty : Radiology CT / X-Ray Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 10H Nights Hours per Shift : 10 hours Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience License : CA Rad Tech License Certifications : BLS ARRT (R) (CT) Fluoroscopy Permit Must-Have : Flexible candidate to work varied 10-hour night shifts Ability to float between CT and X-Ray Description : Candidates must be certified in BLS and ARRT (R) (CT). A Fluoroscopy permit and a California Rad Tech License are required. The position involves working varied 10-hour night shifts with start times between 1800 and 2000. On-call duties will likely be required for evenings or nights starting standby at 1500 or 1800 for 12 hours on weekends. The unit typically sees approximately 110-130 patients a day. Scrub color for the role is teal. Cancellation policy allows for the hospital to cancel up to 4 shifts during the assignment. Experience with Siemens Edge 128 and Siemens Definition 128 CT equipment is preferred. Familiarity with Carestream X-Ray equipment and portables is beneficial. Candidates must provide two supervisory references; one within the last 12 months and one within the last 3 years. Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with the health system within the past year. PRN employees from outside firms will be considered. Charting is conducted using Cerner. This position is in an acute care setting.
