Larkin Express is a growing and fast-paced logistics company dedicated to delivering reliable transportation solutions. We’re seeking a motivated and organized Trucking Dispatcher to join our team and help manage daily operations and customer relationships for our dedicated operation.
Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage 15–20 drivers to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries.
- Work with our customer to Dispatch 15 trucks daily while coordinating schedules, routes, and load assignments.
- Account management : Maintain strong relationships with clients, resolve issues promptly, and ensure service expectations are met.
- Provide high-level customer service by communicating proactively with shippers, receivers, and clients.
- Respond to real-time changes, delays, or emergencies with urgency and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and deliveries
- Bill customers accurately and timely , ensuring all load and rate details are correctly documented and invoiced.
