Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized patient care through one-on-one sessions
Use manual therapy techniques and exercise-based interventions
Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practice and continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualities & Skills We’re Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
Strong clinical skills, especially in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, able to work with autonomy while also contributing to a team environment
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
