Position Summary

We are seeking an Investment Fund Operations Associate to be an integral member of the AIM team, providing operational support to keep the high-performing team running effectively. The role will provide exposure to all aspects of AIM's work, including performance and impact reporting, internal systems management, fund and policy compliance, and audit support- all with a focus on inclusive financial institutions and Fintechs. The position is full-time in a dynamic, hard-working team, with opportunities for growth for high achievers.

Position Responsibilities

Portfolio Management and Investment Support :

Collaborate closely with investment staff to produce reports, portfolio updates, and timely responses to investor information requests.

• Prepare the agenda and coordinate all quarterly and annual LP and LP Advisory Committee meetings.
• Coordinate and take minutes for key AIM meetings such as Executive Committee, Investment Committees, LP Advisory Committees, LP meetings and others.
• Support teams as required with fund-raising tasks including data room management.
• Support Managing Partners with ad hoc reporting needs.
