Metro Denver Accident & Injury Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) to join our multidisciplinary team. The CMT will be responsible for providing therapeutic, medically-focused massage to patients recovering from personal injuries, primarily those sustained in auto accidents (e.g., whiplash, soft tissue strains). This role is critical in supporting the Chiropractor and clinical staff to achieve optimal patient recovery outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Certified Massage Therapist will :

• Provide Expert Clinical Care : Administer results-oriented therapeutic massage treatments as outlined in the patient's personalized treatment plan.
• Utilize Advanced Modalities : Consistently and effectively employ therapeutic techniques, including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Palliative Massage for pain management.
• Collaborate with Clinicians : Work closely with the Chiropractors and clinical staff to discuss patient progress, modify treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care.
• Patient Education : Instruct patients on proper self-care, stretching, and activity modifications to support long-term healing and rehabilitation outside of the clinic.
• Maintain Professionalism : Adhere to all ethical guidelines, licensing board regulations, and clinic policies regarding hygiene, client confidentiality (HIPAA), and professional conduct.
