Robert Half is currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to assist a distinguished boutique law firm in Melville, NY. This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside a collegial and experienced legal team in a dynamic real estate practice.

Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Location : Melville, NY (On-site- 5 days; 30-40 hours per week)

Duration : 1+ Month

Pay Rate : $75 / hour

Technology : Personal Laptop Required

Client : Boutique Law Firm

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft, revise, and negotiate commercial lease agreements
  • Prepare legal memoranda and conduct substantive legal research
  • Review title documents and title insurance policies
  • Provide legal support throughout the lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in the State of New York
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate law
  • Demonstrated proficiency in lease negotiation and title review
  • Ability to commute to the firm’s Melville office on a daily basis
  • Must have access to and utilize a personal laptop for work-related tasks
