Your future starts here! A Machine Operator at Royal is someone who enjoys working with their hands and equipment. In this role, you'll remove parts from the injection molding machine and prepare parts of packing / labeling. This is a team focused environment that places high value on customer and performance expectations being met. Based out of our Quincy or Corporate Grove facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met
• Following work instructions (both visual and written)
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Perform essential functions of the role within safety guidelines
• Involvement in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements
