Metro is looking for a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our expanding Home Care team. Come be a part of a growing healthcare company on a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!

Job Type : Per Diem

Location : Patchogue & surrounding towns

Pay : $65-$85 per visit (can choose either W2 or 1099)

Schedule : Super flexible!

What You'll Be Doing :

• Provide 1 : 1 treatment
• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent occupational dysfunction in patients.
• Custom Splint Fabrication for Patients
• Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating the data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.
• Develop and guide plans of care which encourage compliance and produce the best results for your patients.
• Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
• Must be willing to treat all ages and have sensory integration experience
