A company is looking for a Paralegal with a passion for customer service (LegalTech).
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review legal documents to meet customer requirements
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and managing account requests
Assist customers with technical setup and ensure proper administration
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
Proficiency in drafting legal documents
Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
Experience working with diverse companies across various industries
Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
