We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Solutions Architect to support one of our largest and most strategic accounts on the West Coast. This role requires deep technical expertise in enterprise-scale AI solutions, alongside strong account management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with the customer's technical teams and leadership to drive successful solution design, deployment, and adoption. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring our solutions align with the customer's strategic goals while maximizing value and innovation.

Role and Responsibilities :

Account Management :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Understand the account business objectives and align our solutions to meet their needs.
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure successful outcomes by managing the entire customer lifecycle.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to the customer's office to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment on priorities.

Requirements :

The pay range for this position is $250K to 280K per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
