Security Manager

Ensure the safety and security of the OHSU community, including staff, students, patients, visitors, and other affiliates. Ensure safe access to OHSU for staff, students, patients, visitors, and other affiliates. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., DPSST, Oregon statutes related to healthcare facilities, workplace violence, and campus security, Clery, FERPA, Title IX, HIPAA, CJIS, DNV, environment of care and NAIHO / ISO etc.). Administrate, manage policy, improve and ensure best practice for assigned systems (OHSU Visitor Management, ID badges and access control, enterprise camera system, etc.). Serve as the liaison for the University when communicating with outside law enforcement agencies regarding administrative matters. Act as the liaison and responsible member of the command staff for the OHSU Workplace Violence Prevention Program.
