Now Hiring : Certified Medical Assistant – Family Medicine | Wesley Chapel, FL

Full-Time | Direct Hire

We're looking for a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Family Medicine team in Wesley Chapel.

In this role, you'll support our physicians in providing exceptional, whole-person care to patients of all ages — ensuring smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

What You'll Do :

  • Room patients and perform vitals, medication reconciliation, and documentation in EMR
  • Assist providers with exams, immunizations, and minor procedures
  • Manage patient calls, messages, and scheduling needs
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms according to infection control standards
  • Collaborate with nurses, providers, and front office staff to ensure efficient workflow

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, or internal medicine preferred
  • Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care
