• Explain findings and repair paths to customers in plain language and set clear expectations.
• Keep your bay tidy and safe, following shop safety protocols at all times.
• Stay current with emerging automotive technologies and repair best practices.
• Support and coach junior technicians when needed, sharing knowledge on process and technique.
• Document inspections, repairs, and services thoroughly and on time.
