Role Overview

The Founding Full-Stack Engineer will work closely with the CTO, CPO, and design to deliver core product features and evolve the AI agent platform. The role covers the full stack : front-end web applications, browser automation, enterprise integrations, and AI-driven workflows. Early ownership, rapid shipping, and direct influence on technical direction are core to this position.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain core features in the TypeScript web application.

Extend AI agent capabilities to handle complex workflows across multiple enterprise tools.

Build integrations for wealthtech platforms (eg CRMs, planning software)

Design for scale, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.

Collaborate with product and design to define technical approaches and deliver end-to-end features.

Qualifications

Must have

5+ years experience in React and TypeScript

Proven ability to ship full-stack features in fast-paced startup environments

Ability to translate business and user needs into technical solutions

Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth settings with evolving priorities

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Python Experience

iOS or Android Experience

Background in fintech or wealth management

Compensation & Location

Salary : $180k - $250k

Equity : 0.5% - 1.5%

Hybrid : San Francisco Bay Area (2–3 days in-office per week)
