What You Will Do :

• Review vendor analysis from cost engineering to identify suppliers exceeding the certified cost or pricing data threshold.
• Determine TINA applicability during program kick-off and throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Create and maintain TINA trackers for all applicable suppliers, documenting prioritization, deadlines, CCPD / refusal status, cost analysis ECDs, outstanding cost elements, actions, and updates.
• Coordinate with supply chain to collect CCPD, refusal letters, quotes, CIDs, and supporting analyses.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication between cost analysts, supply chain, programs, and compliance.
• Track UCA (undefinitized contract action) requirements, maintain letter contract dates, and ensure TINA actions are completed.
• Validate completion of exceptions or cost analyses and transition completed actions to archival tabs.
• Conduct final BOM sweeps prior to proposal submission to verify all suppliers over threshold are properly evaluated.
• Complete the TINA sweep checklist for purchasing prior to customer proposal submission.

What You Will Bring :

Pay range : $33.65 to $38.46 per hour.

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
