Technical Support Engineer

Zurich North America is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Information Technology Services group working in a hybrid schedule from the Houston, TX office.

Responsibilities :

• Deskside and remote technical support.
• Ticket management within ServiceNow.
• PC deployment and setup.
• Troubleshooting complex IT issues.
• Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $56,070.00 to $91,875.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
