Who We Are :

Wieland Provides, Inc. manufactures major components for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) companies worldwide. Production Assemblers -Assist in all facets of the assembly and manufacturing of commercial and industrial HVAC heat exchangers.

Starting Rate :

Starting pay is $23.00 / hr. based on 36 hrs week, with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications.

Weekend Shift Schedule :

Friday-Sunday | 6AM-6 : 00pm

Performance Evaluation at 90 days and 6 months with the potential for a $.50 increase after each evaluation.

Responsibilities

Production Assembler Responsibilities :

Read, interpret, understand and work from mechanical prints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, and other written, electronic or verbal instructions.

• Work with a variety of raw and synthetic materials, processes, safety and quality assurance.
• Operate various tools and equipment to assemble, paint, braze, test, handle, manipulate and move components, assemblies and final product.
• Use measuring and testing devices as well as visual inspection to ensure quality of product and conformity of prints, work instructions and standards.
• Maintain required miscellaneous records.
