• Conducts assessments and develops a service plan
• Provide counseling treatment
• Facilitate individual or group therapies in home with Clients
• Conducts treatment plans for individuals, groups, or family settings all In community
• Provide ongoing assesments for for saftey risks and utilize interventions to mitigate saftey issues.
• Provides Psycho-education on harm reduction
