Job Responsibilities

• Intake, design, and deliver a target-state vision for faster, higher-quality end-to-end marketing execution.
• Own and lead two or more end-to-end process or capability projects within the transformation roadmap.
• Collaborate with marketing transformation product owners and cross-functional teams to design and build new processes and capabilities.
• Establish problem statements, opportunity goals, success measures, business requirements, dependencies, process maps, impact analyses, training, and go-to-market plans.
• Serve as the day-to-day connector across Wealth Management Marketing, leading progress and addressing barriers.
• Lead teams through change, challenge the status quo, and drive consistent marketing and customer experience.
• Document new capability benefits and processes, and roll out comprehensive training.
• Communicate project status and executive summaries to all levels through impactful storytelling.
• Build relationships to understand pain points, gather requirements, and drive solutions.
• Champion business and culture transformation with consistency, integrity, and humility.
• Operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, influencing and communicating across all management levels.
