Base pay range

$275,000.00 / yr - $300,000.00 / yr

Are you ready to lead the commissioning of world-class data centers powering next-generation AI?

We’re searching for a Director of Data Center Commissioning to ensure facilities perform flawlessly from Day 0. This is your chance to own the full commissioning process- mechanical, electrical, controls, and security systems- and prove each site can sustain multi-megawatt GPU loads with margin.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own commissioning plans (Levels 1–5) in line with ASHRAE Cx and Uptime Tier standards.
  • Author pre-functional check sheets, functional performance tests, and IST scripts.
  • Lead third-party Cx agents, OEM service teams, and site operations during energization and load-bank testing.
  • Analyze trend data (BMS, EPMS, DCIM) to validate PUE, redundancy, and failover performance.
  • Manage issue logs, drive root-cause analysis, and deliver corrective actions.

About You

  • 7+ years commissioning mission-critical MEP systems (UPS, switchgear, chillers, pumps, BMS / EPMS).
  • Hands-on experience with IST ≥ 20 MW and ≥ 5 kW / ft² rack densities.
  • Skilled in IST tools : load banks, power meters, high-res thermal sensors.
  • Deep knowledge of NFPA 70, ASHRAE 90.4, IEC 61439, ISO 50001.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills; can turn complex telemetry into clear executive-level insights.
