Licensed Medicare Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor Medicare LTSS Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective daily operation of the Medicare LTSS Care Coordination team and supervise staff

Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows while pursuing operational performance optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with CMS and DHHS requirements

Required Qualifications

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Registered Nurse (RN)

1-3 years of supervision experience with remote teams

3-5 years of experience in LTSS Case Management

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong knowledge of Medicare / MMP LTSS
