Team Lead Accountant (Germany)

A company is looking for a Team Lead Accountant (m / f / d).

Key Responsibilities

Maintain financial ledgers and improve processes for efficiency

Prepare and manage consolidated financial statements

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and audits

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role

At least 2 years of experience with ERP systems

Completed an accounting apprenticeship with a German qualification as "Finanzbuchhalter"

Strong knowledge of German tax and accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is a plus

Proficiency in Datev and MS Excel
