We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position with regular working hours, but occasional overtime may be required. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting and identifying potential issues - Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition - Respond to maintenance requests and address any urgent issues in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed - Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery - Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements - Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment - Strong mechanical and electrical skills - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics - Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
