• Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure and at least 3 years of hands-on experience developing Splunk in the back-end. Day to day tasks will involve writing Python scripts and coordinating with developers and engineers of various systems to ingest their data into the Splunk platform.

• Duties
• Write Python scripts on your own, with limited support from the team.
• Write some limited RegEx functions when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure, including WDS and DHCP configurations.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Experience
• 7+ years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python, RegEx, Splunk, MySQL, XML, WDS, and DHCP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Applicable certs desired, but we will pay for training when necessary.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
