A company is looking for a Construction Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and reporting functions for the Fiber Design and Construction Organization
Assist with timekeeping, project assignments, financial tracking, and material procurement
Manage permit processes and project closure duties
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative role required
Familiarity with Engineering accounting guidelines for vendor invoicing
Familiarity with construction and accounting software systems preferred
