Job Description

Oversee day-to-day field operations and manage all on-site construction activities. Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff. Enforce site safety procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards. Conduct quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets project specifications. Work closely with the Project Manager to align on budgets, timelines, and project deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 7+ years of superintendent experience in commercial and / or healthcare construction. Proven track record of successfully managing ground-up and renovation projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling software. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
