Our client, a healthcare and community support organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Dietary Department supporting the facility's daily operations and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Location : Marquette, MI

Pay Range : $19.00 per Hour

Shift : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM (with 30-minute unpaid lunch)

What's the Job?

• Provide general administrative support to the facility Director
• Round on resident units to ensure meal quality and satisfaction
• Document resident feedback and dietary concerns
• Assist with coordination between dietary staff and nursing teams
• Support daily operations and compliance within the Dietary Department
