Position Summary :

Vita Nova is seeking a passionate and experienced Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to support young adults (ages 18–24) at the Spot, our youth drop-in center and supportive housing programs. This role is key to providing trauma-informed mental health services-including individual and group counseling, health and wellness activities, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination-for youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individual and group therapy
• Conduct risk assessments and create treatment / safety plans
• Coordinate referrals and community-based supports
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case files
• Lead wellness activities and youth engagement programs
• Support housing stability through mediation and conflict resolution
• Supervise clinical interns and represent Vita Nova in community partnerships
