Requirements for this Licensed Practical Nurse job

To excel as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Parkside Assisted Living and Memory Care, you must possess a blend of essential skills and qualifications. An active LPN license is a must, along with current CPR certification, ensuring you are well-prepared for any situation. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• An active LPN license is a must.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Experience with wound care, medication administration, and patient assessments.
• Prior PRN or flexible scheduling experience is a plus.
