Local Contract - Community Clinic LPN

Overview

The Local Contract - Community Clinic LPN role with WCS Healthcare Partners is based at a clinic in Riverhead, NY. The clinic specializes in Women's Health, Optometry, Pediatrics, Urgent Care and Primary Care. This is a full-time LPN position with day shift responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Interviews and maintains patients' medical records, including nursing observation, health history (past and present medications), vital signs, and vision / hearing tests; administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform in-house labs, collect specimens for outside labs, and conduct quality control in accordance with organizational protocols.
• Provide health teaching as indicated by the physician, diagnosis, or patient inquiries.

Base pay range : $28.00 / hr - $30.00 / hr. This range is provided by WCS Healthcare Partners. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
