Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality therapy services with a focus on work-related injuries functional mobility and preventative care. The ideal candidate will support patient rehabilitation promote wellness and assist individuals in improving their overall physical abilities and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide physical therapy treatment with emphasis on workplace injury prevention rehabilitation and wellness.

Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities.

Restore maintain and promote optimal physical function overall wellness and health-related quality of life.

Prevent onset and progression of impairments and functional limitations related to injury disease or physical conditions.

Plan prepare and deliver individualized treatment programs based on patient needs.

Identify and document therapy goals expected progress and plans for follow-up and re-evaluation.

Communicate effectively with patients care teams and program leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of outpatient / general orthopedic physical therapy experience

Active Physical Therapist license

Manual therapy training and orthopedic experience strongly preferred

Strong communication clinical reasoning teamwork and documentation skills

Commitment to high-quality care patient engagement and injury-prevention strategies
