About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Director or Vice President of Commercial CMC to lead our teams in North America. This strategic leadership role is critical for overseeing the commercial development, validation, and successful commercialization of large molecules while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in CMO and external contract manufacturing, along with extensive experience in late-stage and commercial development of biologics.

You will drive business strategy, develop and lead commercial CMC teams, and nurture client relationships. Cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement will be at the heart of your responsibilities, along with staying updated on industry trends to inform decision-making.

To qualify, you should hold a degree in a relevant scientific discipline—preferably a PhD—and have at least 15 years of experience in large pharmaceuticals and CMOs. You must possess a strong technical foundation in CMC development and manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and a proven track record in managing large molecule projects, supply chains, and contractor relationships. We seek a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, and the ability to inspire a collaborative and high-performance culture through effective communication and leadership.
